Human Resources Business Partner/ HR Generalist
Job Purpose: Supervise maintenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the mall, including its amenities, utilities and equipment in accordance with company standards of safety, cleanliness and orderliness that is crucial for the business to achive its strategic and financial goals.
Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, administer, and implement janitorial housekeeping and landscape maintenance services, including minor carpentry, repainting works, roof leaks inspection.
- Arrange and confirm with Contractors, service providers, and tenants the implementation of housekeeping activities such as pest control, proper segregation and disposal of garbage, and minor repainting and retiling works within limited based on the policy.
- Perform physical checks on the condition of mall facilities such as lighting fixtures, water supply, and sanitary systems and ensure the system is in good working condition.
- To perform periodic reading of utilities consumption including electric, water, LPG for reporting and submission to proper recipients of information and the accurate and timely charging of utilities
- Participate in processes involving pre-construction, construction and completion of tenants\' space
- At least one (1) year of work experience in building/property administration or the same field
- Graduate of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Building Maintenance Technology, or any business related course
- Must have working knowledge in building/property administration, facilities management, housekeeping services, and engineering maintenance services.
