This role ensures that buildings and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.# **What You'll Do****Operations & Maintenance Management*** Oversee day-to-day maintenance, repair, and operational activities across South Luzon commercial properties* Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize building performance* Coordinate emergency repairs and ensure minimal disruption to building operations* Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities**Compliance & Safety*** Ensure all properties comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards* Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed* Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives* Oversee contractor safety protocols and regulatory adherence**Client & Stakeholder Management*** Maintain high standards of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery* Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant concerns and requests* Build and maintain relationships with local contractors, vendors, and service providers* Provide regular performance reports to senior management and clients**Performance Optimization*** Monitor building systems performance and implement efficiency improvements* Analyze maintenance costs and develop budget-conscious operational strategies* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the South Luzon property cluster* Support sustainability and energy efficiency programs**Team Leadership*** Lead and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors across multiple properties* Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff* Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance activities and compliance records# **What You'll Need*** **Experience:** 5-7 years in facility management or building maintenance with experience managing multiple commercial properties* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related technical field* **Technical Skills:** Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), local regulations, and maintenance management software* **Leadership:** Proven team management abilities, excellent communication skills, and strong client relationship management experience* **Location:** Must be based in or willing to relocate to South Luzon region with ability to travel across assigned propertiesAt JLL Philippines, you'll be part of a global leader shaping the future of real estate.
