On-site - Quezon City 3-5 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Government Mandated Benefits Accounts Payable Supervisor – Responsible for reviewing, processing, and accurately coding of company invoice, purchase orders and employee expense reports. Work with the team to manage financial functions including accounts payable, bank reconciliation and conducts audit activities. Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise the day-to-day transactions and activities of accounts payable. Directs and monitors workflow and accounts processes. Manage payables activities of staff including accruals, wires, pre-pays and repayments. Ensure compliance and AP systems are are upheld throughout operations. Define, Creates and analyze payable reports. Perform month-end reconciliations for AP and assist with corporate month end close. Regular review of statement reconciliations, aged creditors, debtors and inter-company reconciliations. Supervise the team to ensure appropriate staffing, efficient workflow, with consistency, timely and accurate processing of work. Immediate escalation of business issues with financial impact to the immediate head or to the management. Lead, guides and trains personnel to achieve goals. Job Requirements and Qualifications: Accounting graduate with at least one (3) years experience as accounting supervisor Well verse in AP process flow from request to canvass to purchase order and documentation. Knowledgeable in bookkeeping and accounting principles. Detailed oriented and with strong analytical skills. With people management skills.
