Project Coordinator About the client: The Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company specializing in virtual and in‑person knowledge‑sharing discussions. The company runs approximately 50 events a month and curates intimate gatherings that bring together senior executives and thought leaders across various industries. Values We think big We believe in knowledge‑sharing We connect with purpose We can all belong at the roundtable The Role As Project Coordinator, you will utilize large data sets to identify and attract top decision‑makers, act as a bridge to solidify relationships between executive‑level decision‑makers, and assist in planning and executing events from conception to completion. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute all logistical and guesting aspects of assigned events. Create leads lists based on project briefs and gather data from target accounts. Curate and personalize email invitations to potential guests. Make calls (including cold calls) to invite potential guests. Source, build, and nurture relationships with potential moderators, key speakers, and industry experts. Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve events and create a positive and impactful guest and client experience. Maintain accurate records and data, and ensure the timely completion of administrative tasks. Develop a networking strategy aimed at arranging face‑to‑face meetings with global decision‑makers. Provide post‑event feedback and analysis to clients and internal teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a leading university. Fresh graduates and entry‑level candidates are welcome to apply. Fluency in English. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Fast learner and keen attention to detail. Capacity to adapt to different environments and out‑of‑the‑box situations. Impeccable work ethic and high level of energy. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
