Offline Event Operation
Job Responsibilities:
Online Promotions Management
- Plan, execute, and manage event related promotions, including:
- Event banner design and updates
- Event copywriting and creative content preparation
- Event configuration, setup, and scheduling in the backend system
- Full-cycle event coordination (pre-launch, live period, and post-event evaluation)
- Conduct competitor promotion analysis to generate insights that support promotion strategy development.
Offline Event Planning & Execution
- Assist in the planning and execution of offline events (e.g. video shoots, promotional gatherings, tournaments).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-site operations.
- Prepare event and assist for materials and handle logistics, including venue setup, attendance check-in, and equipment support.
- Collect and organize content materials generated from offline activities for marketing and social media use.
- Ensure all offline activities comply with internal protocols and external regulations.
Content Quality & Localization
- Edit, review, and refine written content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand voice.
- Maintain localization quality and grammar standards across all assets, including product descriptions, banners, and notifications.
Regulatory & Administrative Management
- Oversee PAGCOR IRG documentation and compliance-related tasks.
- Update and synchronize campaign information with the Backend Support Team.
- Handle Q&A and problem-solving related to event promotional campaigns.
Cross-Channel Requests & Coordination
- Support social media content or exposure requests to enhance campaign visibility.
- Manage branding requests for campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in content editing, product copywriting, or event operations (offline).
- Hands-on experience in planning or supporting offline events (e.g. activations, product showcases) is a plus.
- Excellent command of written English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to various tones and styles.
- A strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to adhering to the work schedule and attendance policies.
- Good communication and coordination skills; able to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php24, Php30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
