Funciones Como Business Development Manager, tu misión será desarrollar el crecimiento del negocio en el sector industrial y gestionar la operación en las sucursales dedicadas monitorizando todos los KPI asociados a fin de poder mostrar eficiencia y excelencia operacional. Además, deberás desarrollar competencias dentro de la organización para dar sostenibilidad al negocio. Tus funciones Establecer segmentos objetivo, evaluar y proponer portafolio de productos y posicionamiento de precios en conjunto con su jefatura, así como también gestionar la cadena de valor asociada a la gestión de proyectos. Registrar en el sistema definido por la empresa las actividades y gestiones relativas al proceso de venta (planificación, contactos, generación y gestión de leads, conversión, oportunidades, cotizaciones y órdenes de compra). Gestionar las ventas identificando prospectos y clientes en cada segmento objetivo, patrones de compra típicos y mix de productos relevantes. Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de ventas, manteniendo conocimientos actualizados respecto de las aplicaciones, productos y soluciones, utilizando métodos de entrenamiento adecuados. Programar reuniones con clientes para demostrar las aplicaciones de productos de la división, y realizar visitas de postventa periódicas, potenciando así, la satisfacción de los clientes. Participar activamente en las reuniones mensuales del equipo de ventas, conferencias de ventas, lanzamientos de productos y ferias comerciales. En el área operacional será responsable de la gestión del servicio en las sucursales dedicadas al segmento industrial, monitorizando todos los KPI asociados a la operación a fin de poder mostrar eficiencia y excelencia operacional. Elaborar informes y realizar actividades a solicitud de su jefatura dentro del ámbito de sus funciones. Cumplir con la normativa de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional, Medio Ambiente y Calidad, siendo responsable de informar todas las acciones o condiciones inseguras que detecte en su lugar de trabajo y que puedan poner en riesgo la integridad de las personas o daños a la propiedad, junto con ser eficiente en el uso de recursos naturales y la segregación de residuos. Para tener éxito necesitas Requisitos Excluyentes Ingeniería Civil, Eléctrica, Mecánica, Comercial o experiencia equivalente en cargos operacionales. Al menos 4 años de experiencia laboral en rubro industrial. Salud compatible con viajes a terreno. Requisitos Deseables Licencia de conducir clase B vigente. Experiencia en ventas técnicas. Manejo de inglés nivel intermedio.
