  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology or related field

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, monitor and update job postings on a weekly basis
  • Select/paper-screen qualified applicants sourced from HRMD database, referrals and walk-in file; schedule them for exams, interviews and store exposure as needed
  • Conduct initial interviews and prepare interview rating sheets for department heads, HRMD manager, and General Manager
  • Act as front-line representative with schools, manpower agencies, advertisement agencies, PESO and DOLE regarding employment concerns, job fairs and postings
  • Prepare pre-employment documents/requirements and ensure filing with the appropriate organizations/government agencies to be turned over to Compensation & Benefit

Salary : Php18,000.00 per month

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of different HR facets to support Operations on day-to-day HR queries including compensation & benefits and employee relations
