Job Function
Responsible for leveraging data analytics to support and enhance recruitment strategies, processes, and decision-making across assigned business units, zones, or hub accounts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline health)
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to provide data-driven insights for sourcing strategies and candidate selection
- Conduct predictive analysis to forecast hiring needs and talent availability
- Design and execute special projects focused on optimizing sourcing channels and recruitment events using data insights
- Manage feedback loops and reporting systems to continuously improve recruitment performance and candidate experience
Qualifications
- Graduate of bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management & Development
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with strong exposure to data analytics
- Proficient in data tools mainly around Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms with reporting capabilities
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable insights
