Account Executive for South Luzon Area – Pasay/HQ focus. This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Pasay. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to generating profitable growth, developing client relationships, and promoting logistics services. This role involves actively seeking new business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence, build long-term client relationships, and achieve sales targets across logistics and related services. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities- Visit client accounts to promote products, identify business opportunities, and address customer concerns.
- Coordinate with team members to manage proposals, sales orders, and related activities.
- Analyze, evaluate, identify, and develop commercial opportunities.
- Promote assigned products to meet or exceed sales goals; develop and implement sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and business operations.
- Prospect for potential new clients, cold call, build relationships, and leverage current networks.
- Work with internal teams to develop proposals that fit client needs and objectives.
- Manage client retention and enhance existing relationships by offering new products and services.
- Attend industry functions and cascade event information to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing service/sales contracts aligned to company rules and guidelines.
- Provide process improvements to enhance service performance and build brand loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 months to 2+ years of sales or account management experience; proven track record in closing deals and meeting targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to rapidly establish rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong time management; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, resilient, and able to work under pressure; customer-focused with a dedication to understanding client needs.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and related operations is preferred; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel may be required.
