We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Supervisor to oversee multiple retail stores in the clothing and fashion industry. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising store staff, and implementing strategies to achieve business targets within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor daily sales operations of assigned stores in Muntinlupa and nearby areas.
  • Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Implement promotional campaigns, visual merchandising standards, and store operational guidelines.
  • Analyze sales trends and prepare regular reports on performance, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and address client concerns effectively.
  • Conduct store visits to audit compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute area sales strategies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/purchasing to prevent stock shortages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in retail sales, preferably in clothing, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Sales-driven, with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible to travel within assigned area and work on weekends/holidays as required.

Head Office: #20 Corner Rose St., Reparo Rd., Barangay 161, Baesa, Caloocan City
Work Setup: Office and Field.
Employment Type: 3 months project-based

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing and growing the sales performance of ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics across designated provinces in South Luzon or North Luzon. This role oversees in-store execution, team supervision, account management, and area expansion to achieve sales targets and promote brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Sales Promodisers and in-store representatives within assigned areas
  • Ensure the implementation of in-store merchandising, promotions, and planograms
  • Monitor sales performance per store and area; prepare and submit sales reports
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store supervisors and branch managers
  • Conduct regular area visits to check inventory, visual display, and staff performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Warehouse teams to coordinate product replenishments
  • Handle hiring, training, and performance evaluation of sales staff in the area
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, issues, and competitor movement
  • Identify new selling opportunities and contribute to area expansion initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency and positive customer experience across all outlets

Qualifications:

  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in field sales or retail sales supervision
  • Strong knowledge of the South Luzon or North Luzon retail market is a plus
  • Proven leadership skills in managing remote sales teams
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel frequently and work in a field-based setup
  • Willing to report to head office in Baesa, Caloocan City when required

The Job

  • Visit POS locations daily to maintain strong relationships with Billease merchant partner stores to address their inquiries promptly and discuss any promos or any improvements of the products of Billease
  • Oversee and ensure the quality of sales performance of assigned Sales Associates in their area
  • Identify sales initiatives to drive sales of their team and to enhance standards of execution of these initiative
  • Efficiently control and manage Sales Associates
  • Implement risk control measures to prevent fraud.
  • Oversee the hiring and training of Sales Associates (SA), ensuring they acquire necessary skills and sales techniques.
  • Plan shifts for Sales Associates, ensuring maximum staffing during weekends and peak seasons.
  • Ensure Sales Associates comply with company regulations while working at Billease merchant partner stores
  • Conduct regular meetings with Sales Associates.
  • Manage the supply of Billease instore collaterals for distribution to merchant partner stores

Prepare regular tracking sales reports and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly team data.
