Payroll Specialist

Your Role Collaborate in maintaining and updating payroll records. Verify employee timesheets for precise payroll calculations. Support procurement solutions within the business. Assist with data input, updating, reconciliation, and audits in various systems. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts. Process accounts payable and receivables transactions. Maintain accurate financial records and support the bookkeeper in preparing reports. Perform administrative duties such as filing and organizing financial records. Contribute to accounting projects and handle additional duties as assigned. About you Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. At least 1 year of US payroll experience in the healthcare industry. Knowledgeable in GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and task prioritization. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
