About you Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. At least 1 year of US payroll experience in the healthcare industry. Knowledgeable in GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and task prioritization. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
