Responsibilities
- Develops and implements strategic business plans that align with the company’s objectives.
- Manages the division’s budget, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure profitability.
- Oversees daily operations, and ensures the division meets its performance and operational targets.
- Enhances effectiveness and efficiency through the implementation of appropriate systems and processes.
- Maintains compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
- Leads, coaches, and develops a team to foster a high-performance organizational culture.
- Liaises with senior management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
- Plans and monitors the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress
- Solicits, analyzes, and responds to feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably in industrial equipment, engineering, or construction-related industries
- Strong understanding of the Mindanao market and willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing client accounts
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Residing in or willing to relocate in Mindanao
