Responsibilities Develops and implements strategic business plans that align with the company’s objectives. Manages the division’s budget, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure profitability. Oversees daily operations, and ensures the division meets its performance and operational targets. Enhances effectiveness and efficiency through the implementation of appropriate systems and processes. Maintains compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards. Leads, coaches, and develops a team to foster a high-performance organizational culture. Liaises with senior management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals. Plans and monitors the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress Solicits, analyzes, and responds to feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field At least 3–5 years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably in industrial equipment, engineering, or construction-related industries Strong understanding of the Mindanao market and willingness to travel extensively within the region Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing client accounts Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Residing in or willing to relocate in Mindanao #J-18808-Ljbffr
