Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales among client accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and potential partners.
  • Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service with existing clients to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales request within specified time frame.
  • Design and deliver presentations highlighting the products and services of the company.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Participate in continued education to learn about new products and improved sales techniques.
  • Perform collection activities as required.
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
  • Keep records of client transactions.
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out goals while meeting company goals
  • Regularly checks sites that provides opportunities for private and government bids.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals and maintain client relationships throughout the bidding process to ensure alignment with client goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or its equivalent.
  • At least 3 years related work experience.
  • With good presentation skills, understanding of various technologies and knowledgeable of the products or services being sold, including hardware, software, and IT solutions
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Self -motivated and able to work independently.
