Job Title Finance - Operations Supervisor – Day Shift / Direct Hire at SYSGEN RPO, Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. The Operations Supervisor – Finance is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day productivity and outcomes of the company’s finance team. Acting as a key point of contact for customer processes and updates, this role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal controls, and efficient service delivery across multiple finance functions. Responsibilities Review and maintain General Ledger and sub‑ledger accounts Analyze financial transactions and ensure accurate revenue, expense, accrual, and adjustment entries Approve journal entries and review balance sheet reconciliations with supporting schedules Lead period‑end close activities across Inventory, Purchasing, Payables, Receivables, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Projects, and General Ledger Prepare post‑month‑end reports and respond to GL‑related queries from management Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls Support interim and year‑end audits with timely documentation Recommend process improvements for operational efficiency and standardization Client & Service Delivery Ensure timely, complete, and accurate accounting processing and monthly results Align reporting with SLAs, client expectations, and contractual obligations Resolve client inquiries professionally and promptly Maintain up‑to‑date reconciliations and resolve outstanding items efficiently Maintain and control finance process documentation Ensure processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with business needs Supervise finance operations for company’s Singapore and Hong Kong teams Plan employee schedules and ensure SLA compliance Equip team members with tools and knowledge for exceptional service delivery Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and career development Lead and develop the leadership team Manage facility resources, workforce planning, and operational procedures Performance Indicators Timely and accurate reporting Effective administration of duties Continuous improvement in task efficiency Enhanced employee engagement and team support Strong relationship management and training outcomes Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline 6–7 years of experience in corporate or multinational finance functions Finance Management Lead experience Strong technical accounting knowledge Experience in BPO environments preferred Proficiency in ERP systems and finance processes Advanced MS Excel skills Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation abilities High attention to detail and work ethic Analytical mindset with initiative and problem‑solving skills Flexible and adaptable to changing assignments and deadlines Driving for Results Process Improvement & Innovation Customer Focus Effective Communication Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Finance #J-18808-Ljbffr
