Financial Accounting & Reporting Participate in the financial statement closing process for both group and local reporting, including journal entry preparation and generation of financial and management reports. Deliver accurate and timely financial data to management, auditors, and regulatory agencies such as the IC, SEC, and Financial Controls Team. Perform monthly account reconciliations by: Preparing complete reconciliation packages in line with Account Reconciliation Standards. Monitoring and resolving reconciling items to ensure account balances are accurate. Coordinating with various departments to address outstanding reconciliation issues. Identifying control gaps and suggesting process improvements. Prepare statutory financial statements and regulatory reports (e.g., Quarterly Reports, Annual Statements, SEC and IC submissions). Ensure all reports and payments to regulatory bodies (SEC, IC, BSP, LGUs, etc.) are completed accurately and submitted on time. Internal Controls and Audit Document financial accounting and reporting processes and workflows. Review and update policies and procedures to enhance internal controls. Assist in compiling audit documentation and respond to internal audit inquiries. Finance Initiatives Support Participate in key finance projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and automation efforts. Contribute to broader finance priorities and organizational initiatives. Administrative Functions Maintain organized records (both physical and digital) of all documents submitted to regulators. Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulators. Support various finance and management reporting needs.
