Finance Manager - BGC Taguig – Direct Hiring RoadSky Manufacturer & Builder Corporation ₱45-50K(Monthly) On-site - Taguig Full-time, 1-3 Yrs Exp, Bachelor's Job Description We are looking for a reliable Finance Manager who will analyze everyday financial activities and advise top management on future financial plans. The Finance Manager handles the overall management and supervision of the Accounting & Finance Department. This includes overseeing the work of staff, reviewing financial statements, risk management, budgeting, asset purchases and sales, preparing up-to-date reports for Top Management, ensuring policies and procedures are implemented and compliant with standards. In this role, you can utilize your expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning. You will provide valuable insights and recommendations to top management by analyzing day-to-day financial activities precisely. Monitoring financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and capitalizing on opportunities will be integral parts of your responsibilities. Finance Operations Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks. Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance department, including month and year-end process, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, account statement reconciliations and check runs, debt activity. Oversee daily finance activities, develop and improve department controls, systems, and procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency. Process and analyze budget, bills payments, and refunds. Handle and manage bank reconciliations. Financial Reports Prepare financial reports and statements, ensuring all significant projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time. Execute accurate reporting that enables sound analysis and financial recommendations. Internal Auditing Ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Develop internal control policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. Certified Public Accountant (CPA). At least 5 years of progressive experience handling Accounting, Audit, and Finance activities at Supervisory or Assistant Manager level. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and systems. Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. Proven knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations. High level of efficiency and accuracy. Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City, Philippines. Notes This is DIRECT HIRING Company.
