We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Accounting Shared Services Operations Manager to lead and optimize our shared services operations. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, driving performance excellence, managing people development, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective escalation and service management.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations across F&A shared services functions.
  • Define and implement work allocation processes to ensure efficiency and accountability.
  • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives and documentation efforts.

Performance Management

  • Develop and execute performance planning strategies, including identifying KRAs and KPIs across all F&A functions.
  • Monitor performance progress against goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Deploy Power BI dashboards for data visualization and trend analysis.

People Management & Development

  • Lead a team of F&A professionals across multiple hierarchical levels.
  • Monitor coaching compliance of supervisors and identify training needs from performance reviews.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development support to team members.

Client Services & Escalation Management

  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of service delivery.
  • Deploy and maintain an end-to-end process for client escalation management.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Deliver actionable insights through performance and data analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years managing F&A Shared Services operations.
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting functions.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Data and Performance Analysis.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), advanced Excel skills, and experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools
  • Advanced communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Intermediate level in Project Management.
  • Proven ability to develop new solutions for programs, projects, and processes.
  • Experience in policy and standards implementation aligned with tactical business direction.
  • Demonstrated leadership in employee lifecycle management, including hiring, development, and performance management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification (CPA) preferred but not required
