About the role

The Copy Specialist crafts compelling, audience-focused copy that supports a variety of marketing initiatives, includingsocial media campaigns, CRM communications, video scripts, and long-form contentsuch as blog posts and thought leadership articles.

  • Write, edit, and optimize copy forsocial media posts, emails, in-app marketing, and CRM campaigns.
  • Develop scripts forvideo content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and tone.
  • Producelong-form contentsuch as articles, and blogs to support thought leadership and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketers to deliver cohesive creative assets.
  • Maintain and uphold the bank’s brand voice and tone across all platforms and regions.
  • Tailor messaging for specific channels and audience segments.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer behavior, and content marketing best practices.

Must haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication or other relevant media or marketing-related course
  • 2 to 3 years experience in a marketing team, publication or ad agency.
  • Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, or editorial roles.
  • Strong storytelling and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in writing formultiple channels(social, email, video, long-form content).
  • Ability to adapt tone and style across internal and external-facing projects.
