We're Sassy Colors — a proudly local beauty brand that's redefining what affordable glam looks like. We're on the lookout for a Marketing Specialist who's got big ideas, killer multitasking skills, and the drive to make things happen — from concept to campaign launch.

What You'll Do:
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation — from ideation to execution.
  • Execute and manage marketing programs, promos, and digital activations that boost sales and brand love.
  • Conduct product and market research to spot opportunities and consumer trends.
  • Manage our marketing calendar, retail events, and trade promos — keeping everything on-brand and on-time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, and Creatives) to ensure timely and aligned execution.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated wisely.
  • Craft compelling content and marketing copy that turns heads and drives engagement.
  • Track campaign results, analyze ROI, and turn insights into smarter strategies.
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, ideally in cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG (open to candidates with 1–2 years of strong relevant experience).
  • Excellent oral, written, and copywriting skills — you've got the words and the wit.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools, and digital ad platforms.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Canva, or other creative tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — always a step ahead of trends.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; a true team player who communicates well.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure.
  • Open to any 4-year course graduates with confidence, creativity, and enthusiasm to pursue a career in Marketing.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
