What You'll Do:
  • Build, maintain, and elevate Sassy Colors' brand identity across all touchpoints — from packaging to campaigns.
  • Develop and execute brand communication strategies that strengthen awareness and emotional connection.
  • Analyze brand performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and improve positioning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, and Creatives) to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.
  • Collaborate on new product development and packaging to ensure alignment with brand direction.
  • Write engaging brand stories, product descriptions, and campaign copy that reflect our tone and personality.
  • Support marketing and PR initiatives to boost visibility and brand love across online and offline platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand campaigns to measure impact and guide future strategies.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, ideally in cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG (open to candidates with 1–2 years of strong relevant experience).
  • Strong oral, written, and copywriting skills — able to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand messaging.
  • Deep understanding of what makes a brand tick, from visual identity to tone and messaging.
  • A mix of creativity and strategy — detail-oriented yet big-picture minded.
  • Basic design sense and familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools (a plus).
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams (sales, creatives, suppliers, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • A genuine passion for beauty, lifestyle, and consumer brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
