We are expanding our team and looking for a driven Sales Executive to help grow our service business and strengthen our market presence.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for our service portfolio.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and oversee smooth project handover to the service team.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to deliver customer commitments.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
What We’re Looking For

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or other postgraduate qualifications is an advantage but not required.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience , preferably in services, digital infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Strong network in industries such as: Data Centers, Telecommunications (Telco), Mining, Manufacturing, Hospitals and Healthcare, Utilities and Power, Transportation and Logistics, Oil & Gas
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create client-focused solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo, or similar).
  • Willing to travel locally for client meetings.
