The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling high-quality furniture and interior design products. This role requires a dynamic, personable, and goal-driven individual who can create a positive customer experience while maintaining the brand’s premium image. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding suitable furniture or design solutions that meet their needs and preferences. Present product features, benefits, and pricing information in a clear and professional manner. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s products, collections, and promotions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare sales quotations, handle payments, and ensure proper documentation of transactions. Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom or sales area. Coordinate with the inventory and logistics team to ensure timely product delivery. Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, furniture styles, and competitors’ offerings. Qualifications: Education: At least High School Graduate , Senior High Graduate , or College Level Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in retail , furniture sales , luxury brand sales , or a related field Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of interior design or furniture styles is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced , target-driven environment Customer-service oriented with a pleasing personality Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Must have no visible tattoos #J-18808-Ljbffr
