Recruitment Team Manager - Executive Hiring at RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime. Implement security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls. Manage network hardware such as routers, switches, and load balancers. Collaborate with IT teams to support applications, cloud services, and remote access. Perform network capacity planning and upgrades. Create and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configurations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Provide technical support and mentorship to junior network staff. Deliver resolutions within SLA. Handle incidences, troubleshoot, and resolve complex real-time issues. Interact with client technology teams, ISPs, vendors, and service partners during incidences. Follow ITIL practices and ensuring compliance adherence. Create and update procedure documents and knowledge bases. Initiator, self-starter, result-oriented, flexible, complex problem-solving skills, work in team. Technical Skills Aruba/Cisco/Dell L2 Switches, L3 Switches, Router, IP addressing/Subnetting, VLAN, SDWAN. Routing: OSPF, RIPv2, BGP. WAN Technology: MPLS, VPLS, IPSec VPN. Wireless Controllers, Wireless APs. Hands‑on experience with network security protocols and tools. Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. CCNP certification is a must; ARUBA/CCIE is desired. Qualifications Entry level knowledge of network design, configuration, and troubleshooting. Strong technical foundation in LAN, WAN, and security protocols. Experience with networking hardware and cloud networking tools. Familiarity with ITIL practices and documentation. CCNP certification required; ARUBA/CCIE preferred.
