Operating System Support Team Lead – Makati
Location: Makati, National Capital Region
Job Description
- Developing and training the technical team members to ensure the ability to deliver the service on the client infrastructure.
- Identify the resources required to maintain the level of service.
- Hands-on technical depth enables direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting.
- Leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.
- Experience in leading overall infrastructure for a complex organization and network.
- Overall management and leadership of a team of Service Desk Engineers and Field Engineers.
- Ensure delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.
- Manage escalations and provide timely resolutions to customers.
- Responsible for managing the team that delivers service to the client, including hardware and software maintenance, service management, and various projects to support the client\u2019s infrastructure.

Job Description
- Job responsibilities: handle various IT-related tasks such as software installation, deployment of machines (laptops/desktops), networking, troubleshooting user issues, and other regular IT jobs.
- Acts as data protection officer for the company — responsible for data security.
- Monitor server logs and firewall logs.
- Monitor CCTV cameras.
- Prepare inventory of assets, IT alerts/reports, monitoring logs.
- Prepare status reports on activities and perform other technical activities.
Job requirements
- Graduate of a 4-year computer science course.
- At least 2 years of experience in an IT technical support role.
- Knowledgeable in both hardware and software troubleshooting.
Salary: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
COVID-19 considerations: protocols in place (acrylic dividers, alcohol, air purifier in the office).
Ability to commute/relocate: Makati City (required)

- Desktop Support Engineer responsible for repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment; troubleshoot and provide end-user assistance; escalate when needed.
- Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems; manage service requests and new computer setups.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year of IT support experience.
- Open for project-based employment (1-year renewable contract).
- Willing to work in Makati, Mon to Friday 7AM to 4PM; OT on weekends/rest days if needed.
- Education: Bachelor's (preferred).
- Experience: IT Support 1 year (preferred).

- Service Supervisor responsible for upkeep of assets deployed nationwide via on-site and remote implementations.
- Deliver concise reports and outputs; provide on-site and remote asset technical support, hardware/software installation and configurations, and on-site maintenance.
- Assist in R&D of IT hardware requirements; processing of COP/COI.
- Oversee and manage the team.
Requirements
- At least a graduate of Computer/IT-related fields.
- Experience in remote and on-site technical support, hardware and software installation and configurations.
- Minimum 7 years of experience; at least 3 years in team management.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas; field work if needed.

- Graduate with a bachelor’s degree (preferably IT-related); open to undergraduates with relevant experience.
- Must have 1 year of technical support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows OS architecture and security is a plus.
