As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will:
  • Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements accurately and on time
  • Ensure transactions are supported with proper documentation and approvals
  • Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices; handle vendor credit and price claims
  • Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and resolve variances promptly
  • Respond to basic account inquiries and escalate issues as needed
  • Archive and retrieve documentation supporting transactions
  • Follow policies and procedures diligently
  • Perform other duties aligned with business needs
What You’ll Bring

Preferred experience with D365, 1-2 years AP experience, Excel skills, multinational experience, process improvement skills, and familiarity with Australian company financials are advantageous. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
