Overview

Role: Project Based Social Media and Graphic Arts Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cagayan De Oro City with hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage social media content
  • Execute social media marketing strategies
  • Engage with the digital audience
  • Handle graphic design tasks, marketing communications, and collaborate with the digital marketing team to align content with the overall marketing strategy
Qualifications
  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
  • Proficient in the Visayan Language is a plus
  • Digital Marketing and Marketing skills
  • Relevant Experience in Google and Facebook Ads
  • Graphic design skills are beneficial
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop and Video Editing tools such as InShot, CapCut etc.
  • Proficient in AI tools and LLMs
  • Ability to act fast
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus
