Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The role will be responsible for producing engaging, relevant, and brand-aligned content across various social media platforms. This position requires a strong understanding of current social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and content creation tools to effectively connect with our target audience and grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute creative content (photos, videos, graphics, captions, reels, stories, etc.) for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging.
  • Monitor social media trends, insights, and audience behavior to optimize content strategy.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, promotions, and company goals.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
  • Stay updated with new platform features, tools, and best practices to maximize growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
  • Strong creative skills in photography, videography, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in content editing tools/software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write compelling and on-brand copy.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms, SEO, and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
