Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with peers to deliver world-class solutions.
  • Reproduce issues in-house and respond to customers in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Ideally 1 year of technical support and 6 months of sales/upselling experience.
  • No BPO/call center experience required for candidates with networking or technical support background.
  • Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.

Technical Customer Support Specialist

Location: Philippines (remote with Australian business hours)

Role: Provide technical support for integrations (Xero, NetSuite, SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks), perform daily sync checks, handle support tickets, and liaise with partners.

  • Minimum 2-3 years in a technical support role, preferably SaaS/Fintech.
  • Strong problem-solving, customer service, and English communication skills.
  • Experience with AUS/US clients preferred.
  • Willing to work outside regular hours when required.
