What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with local and foreign suppliers Negotiate prices, quantities, delivery schedules, and contracts to secure the best deals Source pumps, motors, and related products, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards Facilitate supplier accreditation, evaluation, and performance monitoring Maintain and update supplier databases; find alternatives when needed Collaborate with internal teams to support purchasing needs and improve sourcing processes Handle supplier-related issues, from inquiries to incident resolution Represent the procurement department in cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field Proven experience in sourcing, purchasing, or procurement—preferably in the pumps and motors industry At least 3 years of work experience as a Technical Buyer Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills Excellent communication (verbal & written) and critical thinking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office; highly organized and detail-oriented Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Why You’ll Love This Role Be part of a dynamic team that values initiative and innovation Make a direct impact on cost savings, efficiency, and business growth Work with a diverse supplier network, both local and international Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Contract Job function: Purchasing , Industries: Retail Ready to make your mark?
