Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Specialist for Importation to ensure smooth documentation, compliance, and coordination in our importation processes. The role involves preparing and maintaining accurate records, monitoring shipments, and supporting communication with suppliers, brokers, and regulatory agencies. This position is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and eager to grow in logistics and trade operations.

This role follows a hybrid work schedule, with most days onsite in Quezon City for close collaboration, while also enjoying the flexibility of remote work when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate import documentation and records.
  • Monitor shipments and ensure timely processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate communications with suppliers, brokers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Support documentation along the end-to-end importation process and assist with problem resolution as needed.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Customs Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in importation, logistics, or administrative support (fresh grads with strong potential may be considered)
  • Knowledge of import documentation and customs processes an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Willing to work onsite most days in Quezon City
