Join CloudConsole as a Junior Pre-Sales Engineer to support sales and provide technical assistance in CCTV and surveillance solutions in Makati. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Identify and engage potential clients for CCTV and surveillance products, building a pipeline of leads through research and outreach. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and basic consultations to highlight the features and benefits of CCTV solutions. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales strategies to increase visibility and engagement. Conduct basic site assessments to recommend suitable CCTV systems and coordinate installations with the technical team. Provide first-level troubleshooting and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM tools, and support the preparation of regular reports and analyses. About You The company is looking for: Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or vocational certificate in Electronics, IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Basic understanding of CCTV systems (e.g., cameras, DVRs, NVRs) and their applications. Some experience in sales, customer service, or technical support (internships or entry-level roles welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools is a plus. Willingness to learn technical concepts and adapt to new tools and processes. Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits.
