Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused
Pre-Sales Specialist
with expertise in
Data Center and Networking solutions
. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, designing solutions, and delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that proposed solutions are both viable and aligned with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with account managers to understand customer requirements and develop tailored data center and networking solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for clients.
  • Design and architect solutions involving servers, storage, virtualization, cloud integration, and enterprise networking.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, BOMs, and RFP responses with detailed technical specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Perform/Assist in proof-of-concept (POC) deployments and solution testing.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights.
  • Support post-sales transition by ensuring smooth handover to implementation teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles in data center and networking.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, data center infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
  • Certifications such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), VMware, HPE, Dell EMC, or similar are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience and certified with enterprise networking solutions (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles related to data center and network design.
  • Experience with automation and orchestration tools.
