Support SAP’s global BTP Commercial Office team in sales engagement, deal processing, and collaboration across multiple regions. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Processing customer quotes for smaller opportunities and completing required paperwork for SAP Business Technology Platform sales. Supporting BTP sales transactions via SAP Store. Reviewing deals to ensure accuracy and completeness of quotations. Guiding and advising internal customers on approval and contracting requirements. Preparing contractual documents from templates and drafting legal language for deal specifics. Collaborating with the field on pricing and packaging issues and triggering respective improvements. Expediting the adoption of special sales programs and promotions to maximize revenue opportunity. Complying with operational procedures for sales, delivery, financial, and legal requirements. Acting as an advisor for SAP policies. Using SAP technology for reporting, monitoring, and managing deals and other transactions end-to-end. Contributing ideas to drive automation, standardization, and process improvements. Working full-time during typical local working hours, with some flexibility required for briefing sessions and training. Working from the SAP office in Manila. About You The ideal candidate will have: Recent graduate status (f/m/d) from a university or university of applied sciences; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous. Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or higher); another language is a plus. Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, but not required—training will be provided. Ability to prioritize and find solutions to business challenges. Proactive and organized approach, with strong follow-through and a positive, solution-oriented mindset. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
