Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA ABAP Module. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementations and extensive experience in developing custom solutions. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the project from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and provide hands-on expertise in the SAP S/4HANA ABAP Module.
Drive successful SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementations, with at least two project experiences.
Develop and enhance Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Forms, Workflow, and Fiori apps.
Leverage expertise in SAP BTP, BRF+, OData, and CDS Views to deliver high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and conduct Fit-to-Standard Workshops.
Design and implement Configuration and Custom Build Solutions aligned with business needs.
Perform Functional Testing and System Testing to ensure solution quality.
Assist clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing guidance and resolving issues.
Manage the Implementation and Go-Live process, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Provide Post Go-Live Support, addressing any technical issues or enhancement requests.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA ABAP Module.
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementations (minimum of two projects).
Proficient in Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Forms, Workflow, and Fiori development.
Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, BRF+, OData, and CDS Views.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design custom solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA ABAP.
Experience in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementations.
SAP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
