Lead for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Join to apply for the Lead for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management role at Axos Bank About This Job Responsible for the oversight, sourcing, and recruiting of positions for Axos. Manages the Axos recruitment process from the initial opening of a position through hire. Developing plans for sourcing appropriate candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire. Coaching junior staff on the use of advanced candidate sourcing techniques; developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment. Developing recruitment best practices which support the organization’s goals and direction. Leading improvement initiatives for talent acquisition programs, processes and policies according to organizational human resources strategies. Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization.
