Role Overview As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive hiring for technical and non‑technical roles across our growing Philippines location. You will act as a trusted partner for hiring managers, manage full‑cycle recruitment, and shape candidate and hiring manager experiences. Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Source and attract top talent and build talent pipelines for future opportunities. Build trusted, long‑term relationships with hiring managers. Develop strategic job plans and coach hiring managers on best practices. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and ensure timely communication. Contribute to regional recruitment initiatives. Lead new hires through pre‑onboarding activities. Requirements Ability to work US PST hours. 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with technology companies. Strong experience with in‑house recruitment. Proven track record of hiring top talent efficiently. Excellent follow‑through and candidate communication skills. Fluency in written and verbal English and cross‑cultural communication. Collaborative partner with hiring managers across countries. Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities. Highly organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines. Process improvement mindset. Team player. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Benefits Company stocks.
