Job Overview We are looking for a Workday Learning Reporting Specialist to support the delivery of learning-related reports across various groups and stakeholders. This role focuses on building, standardizing, and improving Workday Learning reports to ensure efficient and high-quality reporting processes. As we expand our scope, we welcome fresh perspectives and innovative ideas. Key Responsibilities Deliver daily learning reports requested by the business Maintain and update the learning report catalog Participate in global projects (e.g., identifying needs, developing solutions, managing security roles) Help stakeholders understand and interpret data Key Skills & Experience At least 1 year of experience developing Workday reports Familiarity with Workday dashboards Experience with process automation and improvements Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Comfortable working with complex and large datasets Minimum Qualifications Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and queries Experience with ServiceNOW reporting is a plus Able to collect, clean, and analyze raw data Skilled in identifying patterns and drawing insights Capable of making data-driven recommendations to improve decisions and data quality #J-18808-Ljbffr
