Client Service Analyst (WFH / Night shift) Comcast is a Fortune 50 media and technology company focused on delivering entertainment and online experiences worldwide. Job Summary Responsible for program management activities and alignment for strategic programs, coordinating resources to ensure programs stay within scope, budget, and schedule. Core Responsibilities Understand program scope based on product and business requirements and budget process. Actively participate in key planning of program milestones and drive alignment. Work with senior staff to obtain participation from cross‑functional core team members. Maintain program plans and records, schedule all required work and manage critical path tasks. Review program plans regularly for conformance, communicate status, risks and mitigation. Drive development and implementation of goals, objectives and success criteria. Analyze risks and issues, track and manage program schedule and task details. Communicate updates on milestones and keep stakeholders informed. Serve as liaison with Divisional and Regional resources to prepare for deployment. Monitor quality of deliverables and ensure objectives are achieved. Consistently exercise independent judgment in matters of significance. Deliver on commitments while demonstrating integrity and respect. Attend regularly, work nights and weekends with variable schedule and overtime as needed. Other duties as assigned. Employees at All Levels Are Expected To Understand and apply operating principles.
