Your Role Manage, maintain, and update the roster timetable in accordance with both staff and client requirements Develop and maintain a cost‑effective roster within a dedicated portfolio of clients Ensure that rostering adheres to all applicable compliance regulations and legislation Escalate operational issues & incidents, including report writing Coordinate after‑hours static guarding services Enter data into proprietary operating systems Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments Identify risks and deliverables, and manage these effectively Provide timely analysis and reporting to support the Operations Manager and National Operations Centre Reconcile and report on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis Uphold OH&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for employees, contractors, and visitors What You Need – Non‑negotiables Experience in operations, scheduling, or coordination roles in the Security / Defense Industry Ability to work on a rotating roster Experience in a high‑volume call/Operations Centre environment highly desirable Demonstrable computer literacy skills Strong verbal communication skills, including high levels of customer service and conflict resolution skills Strong written communication skills, including incident report writing Ability to multitask and work autonomously in a high‑paced team environment Strong negotiation skills with the ability to think laterally and solve problems Professional and courteous phone manner About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
