Mandarin Channel Development Manager in Eastwood Quezon City upto 80k Job Vacancy Phil On-site - Quezon City 3-5 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Mandarin Channel Development Manager in Eastwood Quezon City upto 80k Work schedule: 9am to 6pm Key Responsibilities Identify and recruit new dealers, system integrators, and channel partners specializing in networking and communication products. Develop and implement strategic channel programs to grow IPCOM’s market presence and sales revenue. Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitor activities. Negotiate pricing, rebates, and partnership terms to secure long-term dealer relationships. Provide training, product updates, and technical support coordination to channel partners. Monitor dealer performance, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets and compliance with IPCOM standards. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and technical support) for smooth order fulfillment and after-sales service. Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, pipeline development, and partner activities for management review. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred). At least 3 years of experience within same industry preferably from Rujie, Omada etc. Solid understanding of networking and communication technologies. Strong partner acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Must be fluent in English (Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage). Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
