Role Overview
The Specialist – Project Delivery is accountable for overseeing the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring they align with Orica\'s project management frameworks and standards. Primary goal: complete projects within the set timeline and budget while meeting defined objectives of the project, IT, and broader business. This role is based in Manila, Pasig City, with a hybrid working setup.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining activities, resources, objectives, scope, and technical requirements
- Collaborate with PMO Analysts, IT Coordinators, and Infrastructure Specialists to secure resources
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from scoping to final implementation, ensuring delivery within budget and in alignment with business goals and project standards
- Regular tracking, reporting, and documentation; promote consistent use of project management methodologies
- Engage stakeholders, manage expectations across design/build teams, and coordinate with PMO Lead for scheduling and resourcing
- Escalate critical decisions to leadership; manage vendor relationships; work with Solution Architects to align technical insights with planning
- Provide regular status updates and proactive risk management to ensure alignment with strategic objectives

- 2–5 years in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
