We're seeking the next Candidate Consultant (Recruitment Interviewer) to telephone interview our candidates. This is a remote position Philippines-based, working-from-home (WFH) CONTRACT ROLE . If you excel in this job there is potential for the contract to be extended. While we are advertising this role in Metro Manila, you may be based elsewhere in the Philippines with fast and reliable internet. Hours of work are full-time Monday-Friday, starting at 10am New Zealand time (5am or 6am Philippines time). The position is phone-based , where you will screen CVs/cover letters, conduct phone interviews, write interview reports, and provide customer service to job applicants. Our successful applicant will be approachable, friendly, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. You will have exceptional written and spoken English language communication skills, particularly a thorough understanding of English grammar, punctuation, and style. Attention to detail and the ability to write and edit clearly, concisely, and correctly are critical for success in this role. You will need a quiet, professional workspace, with a late model, dual screen, Windows 11 PC. You must have fast reliable DSL or fibre internet to connect remotely to our international systems. Skills and experience we\'re looking for Experience phone interviewing candidates in English-speaking countries, such as New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada, UK etc. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or similar. Experience interviewing a wide range of English speaking international candidates from different backgrounds, including blue-collar workers. A high level of English conversational skills. Fast and accurate typing. Previous experience contracting to an offshore company. Great general computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly. Strong work ethic with a positive can-do attitude. Self-motivation and proactivity. You'll work with an established team that likes to have fun, alongside supportive management.
