What we're looking for We're looking for goal-driven recruitment specialist who can help the People Operations Culture Department to take on new and talented individuals in the company. The recruitment specialist is expected to arrive on creative ideas and strategic ways on reaching the right people for the job and ensure their possibility to stay. Duties and Responsibilities: Maximizes free and low-cost sourcing channels (e.g., social media, employee referrals, partnerships). Monitors and reports cost-per-hire and sourcing channel performance for TA Head review. Ensures smooth coordination between applicants and hiring managers during the interview process. Serves as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience. Gathers feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve recruitment service delivery. Sources and screens applicants based on job requirements and qualifications. Conducts initial assessments (e.g., phone screening, competency tests, behavioral interviews). Schedules and facilitates interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conducts background and reference checks prior to job offer. Coordinates completion of pre-employment requirements and endorses hires to the onboarding team. Collects, maintains, and organizes recruitment data for reports and dashboards. Creates and posts engaging recruitment and branding content across social media platforms. Participates in or leads the setup and execution of job fairs, school tie-ups, and other recruitment events. Manages applicant databases and maintains an updated talent pool for future hiring needs. Stays updated on sourcing trends, tools, and recruitment best practices. Recommends ideas to enhance recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives. Educational Background and Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management/Development, Behavioral Science is an advantage. At least 2 years of solid experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition. Sources and screens applicants based on job requirements and qualifications. Key Competencies and Skills Needed: Strong ability to attract talent through various channels including social media. Skilled in conducting behavioral, competency-based, and technical interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit. Ability to evaluate candidates using structured interviews, tests, and reference checks to determine suitability. Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging candidates and stakeholders. Efficient in managing multiple requisitions and schedules. Experienced in managing recruitment campaigns, process improvements, and initiatives. Has a sense of urgency. Resourceful and creative in ways to source for specialized roles. Ability to build trust and align with internal clients and external partners.
