Responsibilities- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding or staffing coordination as applicable.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with leaders and HR stakeholders to address staffing needs and align with business goals.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain applicant tracking systems, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Design and deliver assessments, training, or onboarding programs when applicable; support learning and development initiatives where relevant.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of recruitment and project outcomes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or professional credentials may be preferred).
- 2–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related areas; leadership experience preferred for supervisor roles.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools; strong sourcing capabilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work onsite or as required by the role; willingness to travel as needed.
