Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Talent Acquisition professionals to join our team. Roles include Talent Acquisition Supervisor, Talent Acquisition & Engagement Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Associate, and related positions. Responsibilities typically cover end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, engagement, and collaboration with HR partners to meet staffing needs and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding or staffing coordination as applicable.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with leaders and HR stakeholders to address staffing needs and align with business goals.
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain applicant tracking systems, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Design and deliver assessments, training, or onboarding programs when applicable; support learning and development initiatives where relevant.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of recruitment and project outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or professional credentials may be preferred).
  • 2–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related areas; leadership experience preferred for supervisor roles.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools; strong sourcing capabilities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work onsite or as required by the role; willingness to travel as needed.
