Job Description - Enterprise Architect (Multiple Listings)

Overview: Enterprise Architect roles across various organizations in the Philippines, with responsibilities including aligning technology strategy with business goals, designing enterprise-wide architectures, evaluating technologies, and providing technical leadership. Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the enterprise/solution architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions across applications, data, and infrastructure.
  • Lead the development of architecture roadmaps and governance to ensure consistency with enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Evaluate new technologies and platforms, assess their business impact, and advise on adoption.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams; ensure successful delivery of architecture-related initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
  • Maintain architecture standards, policies, and documentation; communicate standards regularly.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or certifications preferred).
  • Experience: 8+ years in enterprise or solution architecture; experience in banking/insurance/financial services is a plus; extensive experience in designing large-scale technology solutions.
  • Knowledge: Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate); cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments; API/microservices, data architecture, security.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem solving, and the ability to work across executive levels.
  • Certifications: TOGAF or equivalent preferred; BIAN knowledge or SAP/ERP expertise where applicable is a plus.
