HR Recruitment Assistant — Taguig
Location: Taguig City, National Capital Region
Job Description
- As an HR Recruitment Assistant, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various operational and administrative roles within the organization. You must bring prior experience in recruitment and demonstrate a strong personality, effective communication, and a proactive attitude toward hiring challenges in a fast-paced, distribution-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for frequent roles (e.g., warehouse staff, drivers, logistics coordinators, Merchandisers, etc.)
- Use job boards, databases, and social media to source candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the recruitment system
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and legal requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a food distribution, logistics, or FMCG company
- Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, assertive personality
- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Team-oriented with a high level of professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
