Responsibilities Assist the team in daily operation and management, including various XFN affairs docking, project task progress follow-up and coordination; Assist the product, content, marketing, legal and other teams to complete the coordination of various resources and information synchronization; Responsible for handling various local offline affairs, such as: copyright application, qualification handling, contract document preparation, cooperation docking, etc. Participate in the content docking process support, including follow-up of short drama shooting scenes, novel content docking, local content synchronization, etc. Maintain the basic work of data recording, process tracking, reporting and sorting in the progress of various projects; Assist in managing the communication and execution process of local suppliers, partners and copyright holders. Job Requirements College degree or above, with 1-3 years of experience in operations/assistant/coordination positions preferred. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, with preference given to those who can speak Tagalog. Proficient in using work software (Excel, Word, Google Drive, Notion, etc.), with good execution and Time Management skills; Be meticulous, responsible, able to independently advance tasks and handle work on multiple fronts; Familiar with the local culture and business process in the Philippines, with local life/work experience; Priority will be given to Filipino Chinese, who can flexibly cooperate with the rhythm and communication of the Chinese- Filipino team; Those who are interested in or have working experience in the short drama, novel, and entertainment content industries are preferred.
