Enterprise Architecture Operations Specialist

We’re partnering with a leading global financial technology organisation to hire an Enterprise Architecture Operations Specialist to join their expanding technology hub in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Relocation assistance is on offer, and it is a requirement to be based full time in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is a key part of the Enterprise Architecture and Strategy function, supporting architecture practitioners and senior technology leaders across multiple regions. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring architecture processes, data, and governance models are running effectively, helping to drive modernisation across a large, complex technology environment. Responsibilities Support and maintain the operation of the technology modernisation model, built on ServiceNow and leveraging CMDB. Collaborate with architecture teams to test, deliver and enhance ServiceNow features and workflows that support architectural governance. Identify and implement improvements to architecture processes, controls and documentation to drive efficiency and data quality. Produce insightful reports and data analyses to support decision-making and technology modernisation initiatives. Assist with internal and external audits and maintain up‑to‑date artefacts, guidance materials, and process documentation. Provide day‑to‑day support, training and guidance to architecture practitioners both locally and globally. Requirements 5+ years’ experience in technology, with exposure to both operational and delivery‑focused roles. Experience supporting Enterprise Architecture, Technology Governance, or Architecture Practice operations within a large or regulated organisation. Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow (APM, CMDB, or EA modules preferred). Proficiency in Excel reporting and data analysis (pivot tables, macros, or advanced formulas). Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, SharePoint Online, Rally (Agile), and Power BI. Strong analytical mindset and ability to surface insights and root causes from data. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders. A proactive and curious mindset with the ability to work across multiple workstreams in a complex environment. Nice to Have Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and/or cloud certifications. Knowledge of Signavio, Clarity, or GitHub. Prior experience in architecture practice enablement, tooling, or governance operations.
