Overall Mission The Operations Support Specialist ensures smooth daily operations by managing order bookings, system updates and job monitoring across countries. The role maintains data accuracy in YORC, confirms jobs within 30 minutes, prevents backlogs, and supports the Operations Support Supervisor, acting as a reliable backup when required. Key Responsibilities Upload all order bookings accurately and on time. Ensure all jobs are accepted and confirmed within the 30‑minute lead time. Maintain daily data accuracy in the YORC system. Transfer handled jobs into the back‑office monitoring file for visibility and traceability. Monitor YORC status to avoid pending jobs and resolve any issues promptly. Proactively escalate operational issues to the Operations Support Supervisor. Provide backup support to the supervisor during vacations or leave periods. Adhere to SLAs and support continuous improvement initiatives. Attention to Detail: Demonstrated accuracy in booking, documentation and system updates within strict deadlines. Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple orders, maintain up‑to‑date monitoring systems. Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to coordinate with internal teams and to Escalate issues. Problem‑Solving: Proactive mindset to identify and resolve potential booking or system issues. Collaboration: Team‑oriented, works under supervision, provides backup support when needed. Adaptability: Comfortable in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments. Fluent in English; other foreign language proficiency is a plus. Specific Experience & Knowledge Required Manage order bookings, confirmations and back‑office activities with data accuracy. Hands‑on ERP or logistics systems experience (YORC, TMS, WMS). Order entry, milestone updates and monitoring. Maintain monitoring files, prepare daily/weekly status reports, and upscale discrepancies. Familiarity with escalation protocols to supervisors and client‑facing teams. Understanding of operational KPIs such as lead times, SLAs and pending job resolution. Financial accuracy checks for invoicing or cost allocation validation. Cross‑functional collaboration with operations, customer service, IT and supervisory teams. Strong customer service orientation and accurate execution of client requirements.
