About Our Client
The client is a leading global service center based in Metro Manila, this organization supports end-to-end business processes across health and nutrition sectors. It operates with a diverse team of experts, driving innovation and efficiency for global operations.
Job Description
  • Manage and maintain the Workday system to support Human Resources operations and initiatives.
  • Lead system updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and implement system solutions effectively.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize Workday capabilities.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Create and analyze reports to provide insights for HR decision-making processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries and issues.
  • Partner with IT and external vendors for system upgrades and integrations.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Workday Sr Lead Should Have
  • Solid understanding of Workday systems and their application in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in system management, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills to generate actionable insights from HR data.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A background in the life science industry is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices in HR technology.
